1. Introduction

2. Preparation and shipping deadlines

• Preparation deadlines : The preparation times for your order are estimated between 1 to 3 weeks. This period includes managing your order, packaging, and preparation for shipping. In some cases, preparation may take more time depending on the availability of products or other factors.

• Shipping with La Poste (Colissimo) : Once the order is ready and dispatched, the delivery time is 48 hours (working days) by La Poste services (Colissimo). These deadlines are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. We are not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the Post Office or to external factors.

• Shipping with other carriers : If you choose another carrier or if the delivery is made by another transport service, the delivery time can go up to 1 week. We do our best to meet the deadlines announced, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers.

3. Delivery costs

• Metropolitan France : Delivery costs are offered for all orders in mainland France. Free delivery costs apply automatically when ordering.

• Other destinations : For deliveries outside of metropolitan France, the delivery costs will be calculated when placing the order according to the destination and the weight of the package.

4. Delivery addresses

• Addressing of the address : Please check that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.

• Modification of the address : Any modification of the delivery address must be reported before shipping the order. Once the order has been sent, it is no longer possible to modify the address.

5. Order follow -up

• Tracking number : You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that we will send the tracking number after receiving and prepared your order, which can take between 1 to 2 weeks after the order. You can follow the condition of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery problems

• Delays : The delivery times provided are indicative. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes or transport problems. This includes delivery delays attributable to La Poste services (Colissimo) or other carriers.

• Lost or damaged package : If you do not receive your package within the time limit or if the package is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately at covred.fr@gmail.com. We will do our best to solve the problem quickly.

7. International orders

• Clearance : For international deliveries, you are responsible for customs fees, import taxes or other costs applied by local authorities. These costs are not included in the order price and must be paid directly to local authorities.
